First floor bathroom and wet room

A complex bathroom and wet room with a number of challenges; This bathroom was to replace an old one which was striped out and as the client wanted to include a large wet room in a bathroom on the first floor we had to utilise specialist products (Wedi Board) to ensure the floor tiles would have a strong base and water would gradually flow to waste correctly. In fact the wet room was built by ourselves, utilising half of an existing dressing room and incorporating that space in the bathroom.

Traditional bathroom with cast iron bath

A beautiful and very traditional bathroom in a 270 year old cottage, which was a lovely project to work on, although challenging as we had to strengthen the floor to ensure it would take the weight of a cast iron bath full of water and perhaps 2 people. Oh! And take the bath through a bedroom window!

Shower room refurbishment

We love a challenge and the shower room in this lovely, quirky house in Berkshire was transformational. We removed a really old shower cubicle, as well as the toilet and basin to ensure our installation of a new "Amtico" floor would be perfect before re-installing the original sanitary ware, a much larger shower, towel rails, loo roll holder and those extra little touches that are "the DGE difference" - a really good example of a refurbishment.
